KristinRehelMy journey to health started 6 years ago when my youngest was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. At the time, I was well over 200 pounds. I used all my available time to study nutrition and to implement changes in my home.

After 3 months on Ideal Protein, I was down 55 pounds. I am passionate about helping people get healthy and achieve their goals. I will teach you everything I know and will be supporting you all the way.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
